Youth Ambassador Program

The Youth Ambassador program mentors and supports young people from multicultural communities to build knowledge, skills, and confidence to create positive social change.

Our Youth Ambassadors amplify the voices of young people to decision makers. The program provides them with opportunities to grow their networks and build new skills.

Welcome to Australia Program

Welcome to Australia is a series of peer-led workshops to develop skills and share knowledge with newly arrived students to assist them to settle in Australia.

Students learn about First Nations history and culture, emergency preparedness, Australian slang, knowing your rights, how to volunteer and a range of topics designed and delivered by young people from refugee and migrant communities.

Capacity Building Program

We build cooperative relationships to ensure sector coordination, strong referral pathways and shared and collective learning within the youth and multicultural services sectors.

MYAN NSW provides a range of activities and resources to build the capacity of civil society and government to effectively support young people from multicultural communities.

MYAN Network Meetings

The MYAN meetings are quarterly opportunities to build relationships and learn with others who support young people from multicultural communities. You will hear from engaging speakers, unpack the latest research, learn about new tools to support your team, advocate on issues that affect our sector.
