Bence is a Diploma of Youth Work student and joins the team on a supervised student placement from TAFE NSW. Bence has a lived experience of migration and speaks Hungarian.
Michelle Lin is an anti-oppressive / justice-orientated person offering counselling, education, supervision, and facilitation services.
Andrew Cummings has worked in the community sector for over 35 years, including leading the Settlement Council of Australia, the Australian Youth Affairs Coalition, MYAN Australia and MYAN NSW.
Daneli Lopez is a CPA public practitioner with extensive experience working with Not-for-Profit organizations, including multicultural organizations in Sydney. She has over 10 years of experience in Australia and more than 20 years of experience overseas.
Vibhu Juneja has been part of MYAN NSW since 2019, bringing extensive experience in payroll and accounting. With a background in professional accounting and a passion for supporting multicultural youth initiatives, Vibhu contributes to the organisation’s operational excellence and financial integrity. Lina Ishu is a Youth Program Team Leader for one of Australia’s leading organisations for the treatment and rehabilitation of torture and trauma survivors.
Naz Sharifi is a proud Hazara-Australian woman currently working in corporate law.
Jas is an Assyrian-Australian young business owner based in Western Sydney. Jas joins the Board with lived experience of forcible displacement from Iraq.
Matt Balane is a dedicated community development professional with extensive experience working across local government. He currently works in a community development role where he leads inclusive initiatives that support children, families, and multicultural communities.

Veronica Gordon is a Project Coordinator with over 10 year’s experience in the Community Services industry fulfilling numerous youth and community work roles, in the local government and non government space.
Ramy Sedrak joins the Board with a legal background. Specialising in the field of countering violent extremism, he currently works at a national anti-racism organisation and lives in regional NSW.
